A Review of the post: Steem the Sleeping Giant.
I listened to this post a few days ago and I was struck by the cool, calm demeanor of the author and clarity of thought. The post talks about the cryptowinter which is still upon the altcoins and basically makes some pretty strong arguments for why Steem is a good investment and the author predicts that when Steem finally “wakes up” as a metaphor for when the rest of the cryptocurrency investment community finally realizes what an outstanding blockchain Steem is and the price starts to rise Steem will be a “beast” in terms of its rise to popularity and its rise in price.
The author enumerates the many use cases, projects, technologies and other aspects of the Steem blockchain which will one day be the root of its rise.
Conclusion:
These arguments have been heard before, but I must admit that the number of dApps on this blockchain, the large number of dApps in the top 100 of all dApps in cryptocurrency world, Steems scalability, fast transfer times, the number of active developers, the number of active projects, the presence of Steem-Engine, smart contracts, cross block chain transfers and other technology on this blockchain reads like a wish list or future goals list for hundreds of other projects out there.
Steem is over 3 years old, that’s 21 years in dog years, and by cryptocurrency standards Steem is an old man. It has withstood the test of time and soldiered on through adversity. I believe Steem is indeed a Sleeping Giant and those who are patient shall know the joy, the satisfaction and perhaps the freedom which comes with Supreme Success.
