I like to start or close my day with a gift from nature and also a product of a hobby and a firm of exercise called gardening. It’s nit often thought of as exercise by those not involved in it, but a day of gardening will send you to the showers just as sweaty and dusty as some outside sports.

They are also known to be fragrant.
